Shipping & Payment Information

Shipping Costs

Important: our coaching sessions are virtual (online) and there is nothing shipped unless otherwise stated (for example: workbooks, journals, candles, essential oils and other home decor items) – may be shipped to you apart from your coaching session.

In order to best serve our customers, we do not add any additional handling fees.  Shipping costs are strictly calculated based on the weight of the items you have purchased.

Delivery Time

We use UPS Ground Service as our primary shipping method.  U.S. Ground Services take roughly 2-6 business days from coast-to-coast.  Of course, we are unable to control shipping times once the product leaves our hands.  Holidays and weather affect UPS and we keep you up to date by providing you with the tracking number with your invoice.  Please see www.ups.com for their complete shipping policies.  

Please review your shipping information.  Mambo Merrie.com is not responsible for shipping costs on rerouted packages.

Turn Around Time

We make every effort to process your order as quickly as possible.  Orders received before 10 AM will begin processing the same day.  Orders received after 10 AM will begin processing on the next business day.  Our estimated processing time is 2-5 business days.  We do not ship on holidays.  

Product Availability

At Mambo Merrie.com, we handcraft our products when the moon is right.  This is not a gimmick but a part of the recipe.  We watch the lunar progression through the celestial bodies of the zodiac and schedule our candle production accordingly.

Our estimated processing time is 2-5 business days.  We want to get your candles out as fast as we can, but we have to balance that with lunar based production, holidays, and weather conditions that affect shipping.  Our Mambo Merrie Customer Care team will contact you if the order will take a longer than normal.

Backordered Items

If an item is unavailable when your order ships, we will backorder it for you and ship it to you as soon as it’s available with no additional shipping costs.   All backordered items are clearly marked on your invoice and get first priority when the item becomes available.  If you have any questions on your backorder,  contact us via our online contact form at https://www.mambomerrie.com/contact.

Refunds

While coaching session(s) can be cancelled and/or rescheduled, NO REFUNDS ALLOWED, NO EXCEPTIONS.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Online courses (you may cancel the course and request a refund within 3 days of joining, afterwards NO REFUNDS ALLOWED).

Returns & Exchanges

In the event your item(s) where damaged through shipping, we will make every attempt to assist you. Please take a photo of the damaged item(s) purchased from our store and sent to us with a request for a replacement via our online contact form at: https://www.mambomerrie.com/contact within 14 days of purchase.

Our Returns and Exchanges Department will provide you with further instruction by email.

Payment Options

We accept payment through Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover. Orders are processed just as soon as full payment has been received.
